Rachel and David were married at The Farmhouse last spring and in honor of their 1st anniversary week we thought it would be fun to relive their wedding day! I loved everything about Rachel’s simple but elegant style.

Rachel did such a great job of customizing her details – I especially loved her watercolor invitations and Paige with Awake Photography did such a great job of styling and photographing them.

While getting ready you could just see the excitement on Rachel’s face, she was just so happy and relaxed!

Every detail was carefully thought out to reflect both Rachel and Dave as individuals and as a couple.

I mean is there anything more handsome than a guy who wears suspenders well?  

It’s no secret that we love first looks around here. But Rachel and Dave’s is still one of my all-time favorites! To see a tough and rugged guy get choked up seeing his future for the first time gives me goosebumps and Dave’s reaction was no exception. See for yourself…

The love these two feel for one another is undeniable and I almost felt like I was intruding while they were taking their photos.

One thing I love about The Farmhouse is that it’s beautiful whether you dress it up or let it shine on it’s own.

Ok real talk, I loved my wedding cake and the hubs loved his cheesecake but if we were to get married again tomorrow I’d absolutely add this Reese’s cake to the lineup! I’m pretty sure my Heaven is filled with chocolate and peanut butter. Yum!

Rachel and Dave, I pray that you continue to keep the Lord at the center of your marriage and your love for one another continues to grow.
